terms & conditions:

hi !
i'm currently taking digital headshot/bust and half-body (portrait) comms, up to 3 characters per commission.i typically accept commissions of human/anthropomorphic original characters and/or fictional characters. by default, i'll be working on a 500dpi canvas in Display P3.- blood/light gore OK
- mecha OK
- simple props OK
- NO nsfw (inquire for suggestive)
- NO realism


PRICING:
[finish price] + [composition price] + [add ons] = final price- finish: flat-color sketch; full-color render ($10; $15)- composition: headshot/bust; half-body ($5; $8)- add ons: background/effects ($0 - $10); additional characters ($4 - $14); potential revisions ($0 - $10)


ONCE A REQUEST IS ACCEPTED:
- a drafted invoice of initial commission cost and payment info will be sent through preferred method of contact
- once a payment is made, a commission is to be completed within 1 ~ 3 weeksthe finished, signed commission.png will be sent through email unless requested otherwise.

PAYMENT:
- payment is up front through PayPal or Venmo
- prices are calculated in USD ($)i have the right to not accept a commission request that i am not comfortable with or unable to complete.


REVISIONS:
- throughout the work-in-progress phase, reasonable revisions are allowed at no extra cost
- full compositional revisions once flats are done may be subject to an additional charge of $5-10 based on the level of change*keep in mind that all progress images prior to completion will be heavily watermarked when shared for updates.revisions are no longer allowed once watermarks are removed; meaning that you've received the final product.no exceptions.


REFUND POLICY:
- full refunds are only given if i (for any reason) cannot complete a commission or if sufficient work had yet to be done at the time of the refund requestotherwise, a paid commission is non-refundable.


USAGE POLICY:
- pieces are only for personal use; you are free to gift, but not to sell for profit
- DO NOT modify or use my work with A.I., regardless if works are in progress or completeplease contact me through email if you plan on commissioning a piece for commercial usage.
